For all clothing:

A Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B Chest

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.


As our hats are adjustable, they should fit most head sizes.  If you normally however have difficulty buying hats due to the size/shape of your head, we'd advise against purchasing one in case it's not quite right




























Garment Care

Our garments are made of high quality material, that has been tried, tested, and the quality positively reviewed thousands of times.  Whilst unfortunatley all clothing can look a little tired after a while, to make sure yours looks as good as new for as long as possible, please follow the below guidelines.  Remember that printed t-shirts require some special care due to how they are made.

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

  • Do not dry clean.


As  we do not manufacture the garments ourselves, stock is dictated by Printful, the third party printing and fulfilment company we use for all our products.  


Sizes and colours are shown as stocked for printing.  If a colour or size is not shown it is unlikely to become immediately available, but the selection will become selectable should it become so.  As guidance we would recommend selecting another colour rather than wait, as the length of time you could be waiting is unpredictable.  There is a particular lack of size XS which unfortunately does not appear to be being updated regularly.


For your safety and security the peration and management of all payments is through Stripe and Paypal.


If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.  Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like we have still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

Approximate timings for delivery are:

  • United Kingdom:  2-5 days

  • United States of America:  3-4 days

  • Canada:  6-10 days

  • Europe:  3-8 days

  • Worldwide:  6-14 days


This is because each item is printed specifically for you once you’ve ordered it.  


Unfortunately items cannot be shipped to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.  For exact shipping timings you can find your country here 

Missing Items

If you have ordered multiple items, they may have been shipped separately.  Each item being made to order can mean they have been shipped at different times and one may arrive slightly later than another.  Please check your email to indicate if you have multiple packages being delivered.


Feel free to contact us if you believe your package has not been delivered and we can try and investigate.  If you have been given a tracking code in your country, the quickest solution will be to start with the delivery company directly. 


Please note however we will not be able to do anything until after the estimated delivery time has expired.  See the Shipping section for more information on delivery times in your country.


As we have to pay for every item ordered to be printed and shipped individually by Printful (and these cannot be resold), we unfortunately can’t accept returns simply due to a change of heart.  We’re a very small business and it would cost us £12 a time it happened, requiring 2-3 sales to make up the loss of each return.  We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but please take a good look at the design before you buy a product.


Please also only purchase one size.  For the same reasons of not being able to resell returned items, we can’t offer a refund where two sizes were purchased with the intention of simply returning one.  Be more eco-friendly and reduce packaging by just ordering one size.


If there has been a fault with the printing or manufacturing of the product please email and let us know and we can arrange a replacement with the printing company Printful.  Do not simply return the product as this can cause issues and a replacement may not be able to be sent.  Please make sure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase if there is a fault.


Before you return an item please get in touch within 4 weeks of delivery to let us know the issue and reason you’d like to return.  Please do not simply return the item and contact us afterwards as we may not be able to provide a refund.  


As mentioned above, as we have to pay for every item purchased (and can’t resell returned items), each exchange means we make a loss on your purchase.  We don’t want that and I’m sure you don’t want that for us either.  


We do however value you as a customer, so are happy to provide one exchange for you to a different size.  We’d rather have your loyalty, happiness and positive messages out there for the LGBTQ+ community, even if it costs us a little.


As we have to pay for (and can’t resell) every item purchased, please don’t Please try and order the right size for you.  We are not refunded any costs for any item sent back and they cannot be reused for sale, so we have to pay for everything.  We cannot provide refunds where people have ordered multiple sizes knowing they’ll return some.  Unfortunately being  a very small business we don’t have the capacity to absorb the losses from this. 

How We Make Money

We apologise for the shipping costs on top of the product cost.  We’ve tried to keep costs down as much as possible, but being just 2 people here, we’re at the mercy of much bigger companies for operation and delivery right now.  


We wanted to be transparent with you on where your money goes:


For a £17.99 t-shirt:


  • Cost of t-shirt and printing:  £10

  • Marketing Costs:  Average £3.50 per Facebook ad click (not sale)


Shipping we’re charged

  •  £3.15 - £5.38 (first item, price depending on country)

  • £0.85 - £1.00 (each item afterwards)


Money to us:  £2.66 - £4.97 per t-shirt.


So as you can see we’re not making much money on each t-shirt, and are even making a loss on the shipping costs to try and keep them reasonable.  We’re doing this primarily to help visibility of the LGBTQ+ community, and to have a bit of fun with you.

Data and Privacy

Unless permission is given explicitly, no information is held by us except for the purposes of locating and processing an order.  


To the best of our knowledge no information is retained by Wix (website platform), Printful (product printer and shipment fulfilment) or third party payment (Stripe and Paypal).  Should you have any concerns please let us know and we can investigate.
